The Z1 GEM FPP (Flood Protection Package) is a complete IT package to ensure survival of your IT infrastructure in case of flood (or any other disaster). The package provides a highly functional and powerful server system to handle your email, files, backup, security and remote access, but in addition provides business continuity after disasters.

Package contents:

1. Z1 GEM server (from 250GB to 2TB of backed up storage). Please see www.intercontec.co.uk/gem for specifications, prices etc.

2. Disk to disk backup including an 'off-site' disk.

3. SPOK - secure remote access for home workers or 'on the road' workers. SPOK is based on individual USB keys containing all identity information and all necessary software for fast and secure connection to your office network.

4. Disaster recovery and continuity: if your office network is destroyed, you can use your off-site disk in a replacement Z1 GEM. If necessary, your new Z1 GEM may be hosted by us until your office is ready - with SPOK, all your users can continue to work from home. Z1 GEM hosting can be set-up in 24 hours, it only requires your off-site disk to be delivered to us. The set-up is free and the hosting package may be purchased in weekly periods. The pricing structure assumes that the replacement  server is purchased by you - this should be paid by your insurance. If hosting is not required (if you have a replacement office or your office is usable) - we will simply deliver the replacement server, so you can continue to work.
